Custom Lambretta Restorations

This radical custom scoot was already built when it came to us. We stripped it down completely, resprayed the previously powdercoated frame, had many parts chromed, re-routed the cables through the frame, fitted an outboard disc brake and a few other 'trick' bits including a gas rear shock. Because of the lightness of the scoot, coupled with a tuned 225 TS1, it was a very quick lammy!TS1 Cutdown This Italian GP was once an original S-type back in the 80's. We gave it a complete makeover, which included more than a hint of a classic DTC paintjob. The TS1 225 engine was tuned and rebuilt by Paul Baker of SRP Racetech, and it shifted !AF S-Type Replica This PX 125 was treated to a Malossi 166 kit and all the usual goodies, before being given the custom paint job. A local artist did the airbrushing, and it is a bit special. This scoot can still be seen whizzing around Yorkshire on a regular basis.Looney Tunes PX125
This was the engine we built to go into the 'Versace' street racer. It's an Imola 185 cleaned and ported. Running standard 15x46 sprockets with an Li150 gearbox, ScootRS, pipe and a 28mm PHBH Dellorto carb, it was built for 'quick' road use.Tuned Imola Engine  This multi prize winning custom 'Street Racer' began life as a rusty Innocenti GP 125. The engine is the one featured in this section. The paint is a multi layer pearl finish (Five coats in all) then the graphics were applied, before two final coats of clear were layed on. There are a host of 'Versace' trick bits on the scoot including the buttons and rear pocket badge from a £200 pair of jeans, and the buckle from a £70 belt !!!Versace Street Racer
